Develop & implement a 3 year social strategy for Carluccio’s Restaurants across the UK, including content creation, influencer management, posting/scheduling and community management.
SO WE...
Built a social strategy that brought all 70 restaurants together, empowering ‘social heroes’ to capture and share content back to HQ for posting on 1 set of accounts for the whole brand.
AND ACHIEVED...
Messaging was centralised, efforts were reduced and value was maximised with YesMore co-ordinating many stakeholders without overloading the marketing team. Customer service was gradually phased out from social media to focus efforts on marketing and growing the brand.
